Using Skype (a VoiceOver Internet Protocol, which means that you can talk on the internet for free !!). All you need is a microphone and speakers to attach to your computer, subscribe to Skype (free) and you can talk on the internet for hours at no cost! Full instructions on how to get connected are provided when you sign up. Again, there is no limit to the number of times you can use this service.
